GUIDE DE L\'ART CONTEMPORAIN URBAIN 2019 by Graffiti Art Magazine

For the new edition of the Guide de l'Art Contemporain Urbain / Urban Contemporary Art Guide, the makers of Graffiti Art Magazine have decided to take a closer look at the work of only fifty artists.

Their intention was to introduce readers to the artists who have made a particular impression on them over the past twelve months. This list does not claim to be "objective". Rather, the selection of artists is a screenshot of the urban contemporary art scene that reflects a particular moment in time.

The other novelty of this issue is that it not only shows studio works by the selected artists, but also their outdoor works, such as Walls. Since the first criterion of the taxonomy of urban art is outdoor interventions, they should be put back into focus. For this reason, artists like Eduardo Tresoldi, who does not work in the studio at all, were included. This new approach has enabled the Contemporary Art Guide to cover an even wider range.

236 pages, format: DIN A4, language: French/English.
