In the late 70s and early 80s they were one of the most successful bands worldwide: The Police. And it was this mixture of punk, new wave and reggae rhythms that was to shape the sound of the English trio. In 2008, the album "DubXanne - The Police In Dub" was released, which took this reggae influence into account.
