With Deutschrap Undercover, Burgeramt Berlin in cooperation with Stylefile publishes a unique collection of cover designs and thus gives a look behind the scenes of the most popular Deutschrap covers from the early 90s until today.

For this, author Vanessa Seifert spoke with graphic designers, photographers and rappers to shed light on the genesis of over 70 covers. Because in addition to the music itself, it is the artwork that is imprinted in our memory with personal experiences.

The book includes cover stories by Kool Savas, Morlockk Dilemma, Adopekid, Curse, Fatoni, Maeckes, Chehad Abdallah, Klaus Voormann, Haiyti, Marteria, badmómzjay, Ahzumjot and Sierra Kidd, with guest articles by Alex Barbian (SINUS - a music podcast), Lena Müller (Juice and Vice) and Kristina Scheuner (MZEE.com).
