The book "Berner Platten" is a portrait of the urban table tennis scene in Bern. By means of photography, illustration and graphics, it conveys an impression of this subculture, tells picture stories and awakens associations. As a piece of handicraft in bound form, the Bernese plates present themselves here as an urban travel guide, a free set of rules, a picture book and, last but not least, as a tribute to a gripping sport and a beautiful city.
