Where otherwise T-shirts are sewn, which go over the counter in our shop, there was a lull after the beginning of the Corona crisis. Then thetextile factory in Portugal is started producing masks instead of clothes, which means that they can supply what the world needs, and at the same time save jobs at a textile manufacturer in Europe that would otherwise have had to close down due to the consequences of the spread of the corona virus.
Fairly produced, reusable facemasks from Europe to reduce the risk of infection.
The masks can be washed, are therefore reusable and are made of polypropylene. And of course they also provide good protection against paint particles and pigment dust.
We donate the proceeds from the masks to the Sleeper Association, which runs a shelter and street kitchen in Bern, and to the Borderfree Association, which supports refugees, especially in the Balkans. #LeaveNoOneBehind
