Pricing
Our prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), they can be displayed as well in Euro (EUR). Shipping costs are not included in our prices, they are stated separately at the completion of the order. Within Switzerland, orders with a total value of more than 99.- CHF are free of shipping costs! The prices contain 8,1 % value added tax (VAT) as required by law.
We ship worldwide! Free shipping only applies to Switzerland. The shipping costs for orders to other countries are calculated according to weight and displayed at checkout.
Order
Generally, all items in the Layup Online Shop are available on stock and can be shipped immediately. Our online shop assortment is updated several times a day. Nevertheless, it is possible that an item is out of stock or not available in the desired amount. If this happens, the customer will be informed by e-mail and we will try to find a solution.
With the submission of an order, the customer enters a contract of purchase with Layup GmbH and confirms having read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions
Shipping
We ship with the Swiss Post. Please only accept unopened and undamaged parcels. By accepting the parcel, the customer confirms that the parcel is in perfect external condition.
The estimated delivery date shown is only valid for Switzerland. Delivery to the rest of the world takes usually between 5 and 15 working days, depending on the weight of the parcel and the destination.Depending on the laws and regulations of his country of origin, the recipient of an international shipment is subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees. All of these taxes and fees must be paid by the recipient. Layup has no control over these costs and cannot predict them.
We only ship orders to the UK to private customers with a value of over 150 CHF.
The recipient of an order is responsible for ensuring that the contents of their order do not violate any laws, import regulations, copyrights or other regulations of their country.
Due to restrictions, including those of the shipping service providers, certain products are not shipped or not shipped to all countries.
Alternative dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR-VO and § 36 VSBG: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
Conditional Sale
Any goods purchased shall remain the property of Layup GmbH, until full payment has been cleared.
Returns
Contact us before you return anything!
Defective and unfitting goods may be returned within five days of receipt, as long as the defect is not caused by negligence of the customer. After receiving the returned goods, we will send you the arranged replacement goods, issue a credit note or a refund. We will initiate a refund of received payments only upon receipt of returned goods. Refunds are only possible, if we receive the returned goods in impeccable condition. Sealed items (books, DVD’s etc.) can only be returned if they have not been opened and remain in their original packaging. All paint supply products are excluded from returning, as well as protection products and underwear. The customer must cover all shipping costs of returned goods. If goods are returned because they are defective or the delivery was faulty, we will pay the shipping costs.
Liability
Layup GmbH denies liability for damage that may occur through usage, and in particular inappropriate or unlawful usage of the purchased goods.
Place of jurisdiction
Our business transactions are based solely on Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Bern.
General
Textiles:
Printed textiles should be washed reversed at 30 degrees. Do not use tumble dryer, do not iron prints.
Display:
Please note that the display on the screen and the photography can show variation on colors, which is no reason to return the goods.
Denial of Acceptance:
If parcels are returned due to denial of acceptance without reason, we may bill the customer for the shipping cost.
