How can I pay?

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping within Switzerland for all orders at 99.- or above.
Shipping costs for orders less than 99.- CHF will be charged with 9.- CHF for shipping and packing. The costs will be displayed during your order transaction.
Free shipping only applies to Switzerland. The shipping costs for orders to other countries are calculated according to weight and displayed at checkout.
How do you ship orders?
We ship with the Swiss Post. As soon as we send out your order we provide you with a Tracking-Number with which you can check the current status of your order.
How long does it take until I receive my order?
All orders received until 13.30 am are processed and shipped with priority mail of the Swiss Post the same day and are expected to arrive the next working day.
If you chose payment in advance, we have to await the payment receipt, then your order will be shipped immediately.
Can I exchange a garment if it doesn't fit?
If a garment doesn't fit it may be shipped back within 5 days. Please contact us in any case before sending an item back; this way we can make sure to reserve a substitute for you. You will find more information on this issue in our terms and conditions.

Do you have a real store?
Yes! Next to our online shop we have a store in Berne. It is in the vicinity of the main train station in Berne.
Our opening hours: Monday through Friday from 11.00 am - 07.00 pm and Saturday from 10.00 am - 05.00 pm.
Can I pick up my order at the store in Berne?
Yes, simply select the "Pick-up at Layup Shop Bern" shipping option during checkout. We will then confirm you by email as soon as the order is ready to pick-up in the shop (usually on the same afternoon for orders placed before 12.00 a.m. on weekdays). You can then pay the order directly in the shop in cash or by card.
Can I pay with an invoice?
Public institutions like schools can request a direct invoice from us, please contact us for this purpose.
Do you ship to stores?
Yes! Our wholesale department supplies stores all over Switzerland with different brands of our assortment. If you have a store and you are interested in selling brands such as MTN Montana Colors, On The Run, Grog, Stylefile Marker, Krink a.s.f. please contact us!
Do you also offer Graffiti Workshops and comissioned graffiti?
With our partner Graffitiacademy.ch we regularly offer graffiti workshops in Bern, you can find them here. We are also happy to arrange individual workshops and commissions for private individuals, schools or companies, write us a message and we will find the right one for you.

How can I find my right size?
If you don’t know your size just check the tag on one of your own garments, then it should fit as well. Every brand uses its own cuts for their clothes, so the the sizes can vary. If a piece is much smaller or bigger than usual it's mentioned in the description of the article.
Below you will find a standard size chart for your orientation. With the help of a measuring tape you can figure out what your size is.
BOYS
Tops (T-Shirts, Sweater etc.):
The sizes for tops are displayed in US-sizes (XS-XXL)
Measure horizontally around the wi part of your chest and back.
