Shipping costs
We ship worldwide!
Within Switzerland, orders with a total value of more than 150,- CHF are free of shipping costs!
Shipping costs for orders below 150.- CHF and/or with a destination outside of Switzerland are calculated individually depending on the weight of the order and the prices of the Swiss Post. You will see the shipping price during the check-out process.
Delivery
We process and ship your order within 24 hours, inside Switzerland it takes 2-3 working days for delivery according to the delivery time of the Swiss Post. If you pay in advance, we have to await the payment receipt, then we can ship your order immediately.
If you order from outside Switzerland, we will inform you about the estimated delivery time via email once we ship the parcel.
Minimum Order Amount:
Minimum order amount is 19.- CHF.
Payment
We accept the following methods of payment:
Cash on Delivery C.O.D.: Only available for orders from within Switzerland!
You will pay directly to the postman when he delivers the goods to you, including 15.- CHF C.O.D. charge of the Swiss Post. If you are not at home at the time, the postman will leave a pick-up ticket and you can get and pay for the parcel at your local Post office.
Advantage: We can send out your order immediately!
Payment in Advance:
After the transmission of your order we will send you an e-mail with your payment information.
Within Switzerland, you can do your payment at your local Post office by filling in a payment slip (see example below).
Or you can process the payment with E-Banking onto our Swiss Post account:

Customers from outside Switzerland can process the payment with E-Banking to our bank account, using the following information:

If you process a bank transfer from outside Switzerland, your bank may charge you a transfer fee.
PayPal:
Here you pay with the secure online payment system PayPal.com. You can use your existing PayPal account or you can pay without PayPal account using your credit (Visa, American Express, MasterCard).
After completing of your order in the Layup Online Shop, you will be forwarded to the PayPal website, where you can process your payment. As soon as you finish the payment process, you will be redirected back onto the Layup Online Shop, where your successful payment and order will be confirmed.
Advantage: No C.O.D. charges, we can send out your order immediately!
