4 External services
On our website we use various services from third parties. In the following, we explain in detail which services are involved, what we use them for and what data is collected.

4.1 Google Analytics
On our website we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc ("Google"). This involves cookies being stored on the user's computer, which enable an analysis of how visitors use the website.
The information generated by the cookie about the visit to this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We use the service on our website with IP anonymisation activated. This means that after processing on our website, your IP address is shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area and thus anonymised. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information on our behalf for the purpose of evaluating your visit to the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to us as the website operator.
The IP address transmitted by the user's browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
The visitor can prevent the storage of cookies by setting his browser software accordingly. Individual functions of our website may not work if the use of cookies is deactivated.
In addition, the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to the use of the website (incl. the user's IP address) by Google as well as the processing of this data by Google can be prevented by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
Further information and Google's privacy policy can be found at: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/

If the DSGVO is applicable, the basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

4.2 Facebook plug-in
On www.layup.ch we use plug-ins of the company Facebook, inc. 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA.
The plug-ins are recognisable by the Facebook logo (white "f" on a blue square or "thumbs up" sign) or by the addition "Facebook Social Plug-in". The list and appearance of the social plug-ins can be viewed at the following link: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
When you call up a page of our website that contains such a plug-in, your browser establishes a direct connection with Facebook's servers. The content of the social plug-in is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser, which then integrates it into the website. We have no influence on the scope of the data collected by Facebook via the social plug-in and can therefore only advise you of the latest information available to us. By integrating the plug-in, Facebook receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to your Facebook account. If you interact with the social plug-ins, for example by clicking the "Like" button or posting a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook. Even if you are not a Facebook member, it is still possible for Facebook to determine and store your IP address. For the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as your rights in this regard and any browser settings to protect your privacy, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy.
We may use the data collected to serve you tailored ads on other websites, including Facebook's Custom Audience feature or other similar Facebook tools. We will not share your email address with Facebook.
To find out how to control ads on Facebook, please visit the following link: https://www.facebook.com/login.php?next=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fads%2Fprefeerences%2F%3Fentry_product%3Dad_settings_screen.
Further information on Facebook's data handling can be found at the following link: https://www.facebook.com/policy.php.
If the DSGVO is applicable, the basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

4.3 Twitter plug-in
On our website, functions and contents of the company Twitter Inc., 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA are integrated.
By using Twitter and the "Re-Tweet" function, the websites you visit are linked to your Twitter account and made known to other users. In the process, data is also transmitted to Twitter. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Twitter.
You can find out how to deactivate this function under the following link: https://twitter.com/personalization
Further information on Twitter's data handling can be found under the following link: https://twitter.com/de/privacy.
If the DSGVO is applicable, the basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

4.4 Pinterest plug-in
On our website, functions and contents of the company Pinterest Inc., 808 Brannan Street, San Francisco, CA 94103-490, USA ("Pinterest") are integrated.
When you call up a website that contains such a plug-in, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Pinterest servers. The plugin transmits data to the Pinterest server in the USA, including your IP address, the address of the websites visited that contain Pinterest functions, the type and settings of the browser, the date and time of the request, your use of Pinterest and cookies.
Further information on Pinterest's data handling can be found at the following link: https://about.pinterest.com/de/privacy-policy.

If the DSGVO is applicable, the basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

4.5 Google Maps API
On our website, we use Google Maps API, a map service from Google for displaying an interactive map and for creating directions.
By using Google Maps, information about your use of this website (including your IP address) can be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google may transfer the information obtained through Maps to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf.
Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Nevertheless, it would be technically possible for Google to identify at least individual users on the basis of the data received. It would be possible that personal data and personality profiles of users of the website could be processed by Google for other purposes over which we have and can have no control.
The Google privacy policy and additional terms of use for Google Maps can be found at https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html.

If the DSGVO is applicable, the basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

4.6 Google Ads
We use the Google Ads Conversion service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, in order to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising media (so-called Google Ads). We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data of the advertising campaigns. In this way, we pursue the interest of showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you and achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs. These advertisements are delivered by Google via so-called "ad servers". For this purpose, we use ad server cookies, which can be used to measure certain parameters for measuring success, such as the display of the ads or clicks by users. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Ads will store a cookie on your end device. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally. The unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information (marking that the user no longer wishes to be addressed) are usually stored as analysis values for this cookie. These cookies enable Google to recognise your internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of an Ads customer's website and the cookie stored on their computer has not yet expired, Google and the customer will be able to recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page. A different cookie is assigned to each Ads customer. Cookies can therefore not be tracked across Ads customers' websites. We ourselves do not collect or process any personal data in the aforementioned advertising measures. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. These evaluations enable us to see which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of the advertising tools; in particular, we cannot identify users on the basis of this information. Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google's server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge: Through the integration of Ads Conversion, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an advertisement from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider may obtain and store your IP address.

You can prevent participation in these tracking procedures in various ways: a) by adjusting your browser software accordingly, in particular the suppression of third-party cookies will mean that you will not receive any third-party ads; b) by installing the plug-in provided by Google at the following link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin; c) by deactivating the interest-based ads of the providers that are part of the self-regulation campaign "About Ads" via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies; d) by permanent deactivation in your browsers Firefox, Internetexplorer or Google Chrome under the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin; e) by means of the corresponding cookie setting. Please note that in this case you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

Further information on data protection at Google can be found here: http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy and https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html. Alternatively, you can visit the website of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) at http://www.networkadvertising.org.
If the DSGVO is applicable, the basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

5 Links
On our website you will find links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content and data protection provisions on external websites which you can reach via the links. Please inform yourself about the data protection directly on the respective websites.

6. links to our social media presences
On our websites, we have set up links to our social media presences in the social networks Facebook, Instagram and Twitter/X.
If you click on the corresponding icons of the social networks, you will automatically be redirected to our profile of the corresponding social network. In order to be able to use the functions of the respective network there, you must partially log into your user account for the respective network.
When you open a link to one of our social media profiles, a direct connection is established between your browser and the server of the social network in question. This provides the network with the information that you have visited our website with your IP address and accessed the link. If you access a link to a network while logged into your account on the network concerned, the content of our site may be linked to your profile on the network, i.e. the network may link your visit to our website directly to your user account. If you want to prevent this, you should log out before clicking on the corresponding links. In any case, an allocation takes place when you log into the relevant network after clicking on the link.
For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by the above-mentioned social networks and your respective rights and data protection options, please refer to the respective privacy policies.

7 Disclosure of data to third parties
For the operation of our website, we work together with various service providers, namely IT service providers, in order to be able to offer you an up-to-date website. They only use personal data in the context of processing orders for us. When processing orders, we may pass on the necessary personal data (first name, surname, address, telephone number and e-mail address, if applicable) to the external shipping company commissioned with the delivery, which will only use this data insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. For the processing of payments, we pass on the payment data required for this to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to the payment service provider commissioned by us or to the payment service selected by you in the ordering process.

8 Your rights
To the extent provided for by the data protection law applicable to you, you may request information free of charge about the data stored in relation to you, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing. You also have the right, under the legal conditions, to correction, deletion, restriction of or objection to processing and, if the GDPR applies, to the surrender of this data for transfer to another body.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. For this purpose, an informal communication by e-mail to us (info@layup.ch) is sufficient.
Please note that the above rights are subject to legal restrictions and may impair or make it impossible to provide our services.
You are entitled to enforce your claims in court or to file a complaint with the competent data protection authority. For Switzerland, the competent authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (http://www.edoeb.admin.ch).

9 Up-to-dateness and amendment of this data protection declaration
