Shit® Skateboard Company wurde von Kim Stokke und Frode Goa, zwei Freunden, die das Skaten, Snowboarden und Surfen lieben, im Jahre 1996 in Stavanger Norwegen gegründet.
We think all skateboarders in the whole wide world is dreaming about making their own skateboards or working deeply in the community or business. And that was our thoughts as well! And we were totally consistent and just did it. With a physically powerful motivation, and enormous commitment to skateboarding, we gave all of our selves. Our spirit, soul, heart, time and the few bucks we had. We have unhurriedly and stoutly built brick by brick to make this a reality. We are consequent of not failing. Doing the brand was a fiction, and is today a reality. It is for sure a pleasure working with what we love. So the business and business trips are pure pleasure for us. Our first collection came in about 20 core Norwegian skate shops spring 2002. Kim and Frode had common friends on high school, but we did not know about each other. We were presented in 1996. We had the same interests, skateboarding (first priority), snowboarding and surfing. Both had been doing it for several years. Also both are very fond of artwork and design, and we obviously are more dedicated than many other people in the same situation around us. After we met, we skated, hung out and developed a good and strong relationship over the years. Since we were living in different cities, far away from each other, Kim decided after a couple of years to move to my hometown Stavanger after a couple of years with just talk. ( Stavanger is in the southwest coast of Norway ). Kim moved mainly because of our idea of doing some creativeness together. But another big factor was the good surf-, snow-, and skate possibilities in this city. We did still not know about the SHIT® brand then, and we were not sure of what kind of creativeness or business we would do. When we sat down, we had many brainstorms about our mission. What to do? What kind of business? Making a skateboard company was a theme, and we were really exited about it and just went for it.
The provocative, strong and international word for the skateboard company - SHIT® SKATEBOARD COMPANY - came up during one of the brainstorming.

Das Label Capone wurde 1998 in Leipzig gegründet. Capone hat seine Wurzeln in der Graffiti- und Hip-Hop-Szene und ist apolitisch ohne es wirklich zu sein. Das Label ist in Stil und Design erwachsener geworden, ohne jemals zuverleugnen, wo es herkommt und wer es groß gemacht hat. Neue Stile haben Einfluss gefunden und das Label geprägt. Sport, insbesonders Basketball und Streetball, ist ein wichtiger Aspekt des sportlichen Engagements von Capone geworden.
Capone kreiert Mode für die Sorte von Menschen, welche Wert auf ein gestyltes Äußeres legen, ohne dabei Haute Couture zu sein. Es ist der urbane Lifestyle, welcher auch in dem besonderen Club seine Richtigkeit behält… Auf die Qualität unserer Artikel wird das Hauptaugenmerk gelegt und ist von höchster Priorität. Capone produziert als eins der letzten deutschen Labels fast ausschliesslich innerhalb der EU, zum Teil sogar in Deutschland.
